Thank you for shopping with lorenaarvelo.com. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping is available for all orders within Puerto Rico and US. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

Please, make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with every order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your item you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchanged. Items purchased with a discount are final sale. All returned items must be without wear, damage, alterations, and with all labels attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, or missing labels will be returned to you. Also, items received outside the return window will be returned to you. Please, complete de Return Form. We will contact you to complete the process. All shipping cost will be cover by the customer.
